Funding

DVSAC is partly funded by grants of federal and state funds through the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES), and the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Branch of the California Department of Public Health. Other funds come from the county through Marriage License fees, Community Service Block Grants, and a CalWORKS grant, and from foundations such as the Welz Children's Foundation, the Blue Shield of California Foundation and the Sierra Health Foundation.

Donors

Individual and corporate donors are also very important to DVSAC. The Nevada County United Way is an active supporter, and many individuals in the community support us with their time, and cash and in-kind donations. Visit Join Us to help us in our mission.
