For Men

Men are affected by dating violence, domestic violence, and sexual assault both as victims and as friends or loved ones of victims. Because women are assaulted more often than men, male victims may not realize that they are not alone, or realize that there is support and assistance available to them.

The effects of psychological, emotional, verbal and sexual abuse apply equally to both men and women.
