Women’s DV 101 / Life Skills Group – Mondays 1:00 – 2:00pm

Restorative Yoga for Survivors – Mondays 3:30 – 4:30pm

Children’s Healing Art Circle – Mondays 3:30 – 4:30pm
Children’s art group, ages 5-12 years old. This is a safe place where art is used as a healing tool to help children who have experienced trauma express themselves, explore their feelings, and create… Group held Mondays 3:30pm at the DVSAC office. A call in advance is appreciated.

Bilingual Women’s Support Group – Date and time TBD. Call the office for details.
Free support group facilitated in Spanish and English with a focus on healing. Come get support from peers, information and referrals, and know that you are not alone. Transportation to the DVSAC office will be provided for this group. If you need a ride, meet at Hennessy Family Resource Center at 9:30am. Drop-ins welcome.

Group for Adults Molested as Children – Wednesdays 6:00 – 7:30pm
This free group is for men or women 18 and over who continue to suffer the effects of early childhood sexual molestation. It is held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 – 7:30. Please call to register for the group with our group facilitator, a licensed therapist.

Success Begins With You – Thursdays 10:00 – 11:30am
This is a group for men and women designed to help people develop personally and professionally. Personal growth skills are taught through a variety of activities including art, role playing, discussions, etc. The group is free and held at One Stop Business and Career Center located at 715 Maltman Drive in Grass Valley. Drop-ins welcome.
